BE FRANK. was asked to create a logo and brand guidelines for Nimitz Crossing, a new luxury apartment building located in the picturesque Point Loma neighborhood of San Diego. Drawing inspiration from the area's rich nautical history, the brand pays homage to the naval significance of Point Loma.

The new logo embodies the sophistication of the luxury apartments, blending maritime elements and modern aesthetics. The simple lines and bold color palette reflect the architecture and design of the property itself.

 

Nimitz Crossing now stands as a beacon to those who desire a truly exceptional coastal living experience in a contemporary and elegant setting.
