Marcus & Millichap is the leading commercial real estate investment sales brokerage in North America and was seeking a new direction for their seasonal advertising campaign. Tasked with a fresh visual approach, we steered away from the traditional architecture-focused ads of the commercial real estate industry. Instead, we harnessed the competitive spirit of their business and incorporated captivating sports-inspired photography, seamlessly integrating their iconic blue and orange brand colors into each selected photo. The result? A series of ads that stood out from the crowd and proved to be one of the most successful and viewed campaigns to date.
