Marcus & Millichap is the #1 commercial real estate investment sales brokerage in North America. We were approached to come up with new visuals for their 2021 ad campaign. Being in commercial real estate, most of the ads in the genre focus on architecture, cityscapes, and the like.

 

Instead, we focused on the competitive nature of the business and hit that narrative home with select sports-related photography. The blue and orange of their brand is such a striking and defining visual, we incorporated that into each selected photo.

 

The campaign resulted in one of the most successful and viewed to date.
